I bought this a few months ago after deciding that because I work in the medical field, it’d be handy to have a first aid kit in the car. It’s a pretty comprehensive kit for all standard BLS first aid. It’s a nice compact kit, and the fabric the case is made from is pretty tough. Despite being well packed, there’s some room for a bit more, and I’ve supplemented mine with Tuff Cut trauma scissors, a burns kit, a Salbutemol inhaler, EpiPen, Naloxone, pupil gauges, tweezers, and a Terbutaline inhaler. Somehow it fitted all of those extras, although the inhaler boxes are a bit squashed! For the first aider though, the kit is very good straight out of the box, and I thoroughly recommend it.

I was looking for a good first aid kit to take with me on my holidays and to also have in my car. I bought this kit after a lot of searching around and am delighted with its contents. It goes well beyond the other products of its kind on the market with bandages, sterile water, scissors, tweezers, gloves, cold compress packets, space blanket, antiseptic wipes etc all packaged in a really good sturdy carrying case which is compact and ideal for holidays and car. Only thing i will have to add to it will be plasters! If your looking for a good quality item ant a really ggod price then this is the one for you. Thank you

A great first aid kit bag. Has replaced two old First Aid kits which were over 8 years. I went for this one based on the good reviews and not disappointed. It contains all the right kit required for home first aid, in a convenient bag. A PLUS point compared to other kits is that the bag isn’t stuffed full and therefore difficult to access. It’s easy to open, easy to find kit, and enough space to add in a couple of extra items. Very happy.

this is a great kit for me! i have it at home as the main first aid kit, and it is packed full of goodies, but still leaves a little space to add your own bits (we already had some packs of plasters, some savlon, and so forth; managed to squeeze it all in).

if i was to find 1 bad thing about it, first aid courses are boycotting triangular bandages now as you would be better off using a normal bandage to produce the same results, plus the fact that then you could use the space for more supplies. simple is better in first aid, so the triangular is falling by the wayside. other than that, floorless kit!

    Amazingly pleased with this kit.

It has more than the average person could hope for. I wanted to equip my car with everything that could be necessary and this kit more than surpasses my expectations. I recently had to lance a boil on my brother’s back and this kit had everything I could have hoped for.

It even has instruments in it.

It is NOT just full of plasters. Please read the itinerary and then buy it. You will not regret it.

I’ve had this a while, but didn’t want to write a review until I used it. While out mountain biking we came across a boy who had a badly cut knee. I got him to clean it with one of the antiseptic wipes, then I applied a sterile dressing, held on with some of the tape provided and cut with the nice sharp scissors. The wound was a little big for plasters but too small to warrant a bandage so there are plenty of options with this kit.

It’s quite tightly packed and it’s not easy to get everything back in neatly so mine does bulge a bit. However, I have included a Leatherman multitool and small bottle of TCP in there as well so that’s probably why. I much prefer this fabric case to the hard plastic ones.

You should not be without a first aid kit. I don’t think it should be law in the UK but I think every sensible person should keep one in their car.

I’ve always had a box of a lot of 1st aid equipment but I needed a better and newer set of 1st aid items that were out of date. I priced around for separate items and it was too expensive. I tried researching proper first aid kits in case I needed it and this was the best and most reasonably priced for what I needed. Highly recommended for anyone trained in 1st aid and even for the home or dramas that could occur outside ur front door. Grab and run knowing ur able to at least try. I did add more items I personally used before and the extra room was adequate in the bag.

Aha got one at last, you just never know do you, all I had was a pack of plasters and even then when I need one I couldn’t find the dam things LOL talk about useless if someone really needed help. It is so nice to know if any small accident happens to anyone while in my home I can at least do something practical with this kit.

For some reason it makes me feel better knowing I have this kit on hand, even though I hope I don’t have to use it, knowing its there is a comfort.
Super for peace of mind, and Recommended for all to get one
